Business Case Proposal Guidance

Hello everyone,

Either I missed the podcast with this guidance or it's in the queue of Mark's future cast ideas.

I'm heading up a small project team, on a volunteer basis, and we've been asked to create a formal business case purposal around a sponsored mentorship program. I know MT's views on corporate mentorship programs, however this is something that is moving forward regardless.

The project team is a great developmental opportunity for me. Since I have never created a business case proposal, I was hoping this great community may be able to point me to some resources or give guidance.
