Tim Greble - Area Vice President, Five Star Breaktime Solutions

Tim serves as Area Vice President of Five Star Breaktime Solutions, where he oversees a $70M book of business across Middle Tennessee. He brings nearly two decades of food and beverage industry experience, with a focus on customer service execution, price and category optimization, and point of sale technology. Tim is passionate about operational excellence and building systems that scale sustainably.

Wally Budgell - CEO, Norlee Group

Wally is an experienced business leader and innovator. Throughout his career, he has embraced various positions, honing a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. In 2010, Wally acquired his first company and began his career as President & CEO. In 2021, he founded Norlee Group (NLG), which strives to provide best-in-class specialty electrical, mechanical, and technology contracting and engineering service solutions to owners, developers, architects, and general contractors. Wally has extensive expertise in long-term business planning, new business development, private acquisitions, key account management, operational management, and financial oversight.

Mark Horstman - Co-Founder, Manager Tools

Mark is the author of The Effective Manager, which has sold over 50,000 copies, The Effective Hiring Manager, and co-authored The Effective Manager, Second Edition. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following his service, he worked in Sales and Marketing at Procter and Gamble prior to starting Manager Tools. Mark is retired from day-to-day operations after having written and hosted the Manager Tools Podcast for 17 years. That said, Mark remains as board member and writer and co-host of the Executive Tools podcast.

Mahomed Ouedraogo

Mahomed Ouedraogo - Chief Executive Officer Access Community Health Network

Mahomed Ouedraogo has had a front row seat to the sweeping changes in health care since the passing of the Affordable Care Act in 2010. Overseeing both the finances and technology investments of one of America’s largest networks of federally qualified health centers for more than a decade, Mahomed has been deeply involved in ACCESS’ long-term strategic business planning initiatives and has helped the organization expertly navigate through one of the most volatile times in America’s health care industry. Mahomed has strong qualifications in revenue cycle strategy and oversight, audit planning and completion, budgeting and forecasting, systems technology design and implementation, and risk management.

Mahomed has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso and a second B.S. in Business and Administration from Chicago State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant; a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mahomed also recently received his Kellogg Executive Scholar Certificate of Professional Achievement in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Andy Holt - Vice President Engineering, MRO

Andy is a technology leader with 18+ years’ experience in building and developing teams to drive the delivery of multi-million-dollar portfolio solutions in the Healthcare and Mortgage industry. She is a recognized leader in enabling business value through talent, technology, and data-driven operations.

Andy graduated from the University of Kentucky and resides in Nashville, TN with her husband Jacob, brand new baby girl, and silver labrador retriever.

Tim Hill - Director of Product Management, NiCE

Tim Hill is a results-driven Product Leader with over two decades of experience leading transformative initiatives and delivering substantial revenue growth across various industries.

He consistently delivers impactful solutions, demonstrated by his current role at NICE where he launched a Generative Search platform serving millions of queries monthly and grew annual revenue by 20%. Tim's expertise lies in building and scaling product functions, transforming development processes for optimal efficiency, and leading diverse teams to deliver customer-outcomes.

From launching new data acquisition platforms that increased SaaS revenue by 25%, to developing strategic pitch decks for VC funding. Tim brings a strategic, data-informed, and results-oriented approach to product management.

Andrew Hall - Financial Management Department Head, County Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County

Andrew Hall, a seasoned financial executive, has a proven track record of improving processes and organizational culture. A Registered Professional Engineer in California, Andrew began his career in environmental engineering focused on regulatory reporting, asset management, and improved treatment plant operations. He began his transition to finance nearly 10 years ago and has implemented projects that have saved ratepayers over $500 million. His currently leads teams in Accounting, Procurement, and FP&A. Andrew has served on National and State wastewater organizations. He’s also served as an elected official at the Yorba Linda Water District where he helped built the largest PFAS treatment facility in the US while maintaining cost-effective rates.
