Team Question

Good afternoon How should I refer to the group of my directs when conversing with peers at work? Last week's edition of ThIThITh gave me the impression that it's not the best idea to refer to them as "My team" I don't want to seem like a novice because I refer to my directs as my team. How should I refer to Them? Thank you

i haven't seen the Thithith but i'd say it depends largely on how the reference to 'my team' is delivered.  Personally, I try not to use it, but know plenty who do and i'm not overly offended by it.
