Adressing a weakness in cover letter

Hi,

I am applying for a job where I am very qualified for one part and not so well qualified for another part. Should I address that in the cover letter?

I was listening to the cover letter cast (below). I believe the recommendation would be NOT to address weaknesses.

What do you think?

I'd leave it alone. You don't want to be placing a giant flashing "I suck at THIS!" on your application right from the get-go.
