It doesn't appear that this resume is for a management position. I post it only to show an example of something totally different. No word on whether it's been used successfully to help her get a job. I do applaud the innovation.

Thanks for the chuckles. I
Thanks for the chuckles.
I love the idea of creating a graph to show (self-assessed) skill improvement, without any actual definition of the Y-axis grading. I should start doing that for myself on dates. "Well yes, in fact, I rate myself 8 out of 10 on Cuddling, and I've had continual improvement in Romantic Dinners and Backrubs, increasing 3 points each year!"

Effort doesn't equal results
So is this proof that effort doesn't matter - results do? She clearly put a lot of thought and work into that. Someone needs to tell her communication is what the reader does. She's young, I forgive her. I feel like emailing her the Resume Stinks podcast.

I don't think she put that much time into it. :D it's a resume builder website - you input data and it makes something pretty.
But yeah, I shouldn't be too harsh. I would've fallen for the same nonsense if I'd never encountered CT.

Internet sale
For her industry, this is a great idea! Would I interview her if I was emailed the link? Probably not, mainly because re.vu looks like one of those tiny URL's that doesn't give an indication of the content of the link.
Great idea, though.
