While I agree that hard copies on a fax or mailed in may be a thing of the past, a well crafted resume can tell you more about a candidate than a blog post. Look at the Internet as a tool to use when searching for the best candidate but not a sole source of finding them. trying to sift through these sites provides a small portion of the whole. When I interviewed last week, they still had a hard copy of my resume rather than just looking at a computer screen which can be very distracting.
