I am no fan of monarchy but i can see how it can work and really put the prime minister in a good perspective. I wonder if she has weekly over the phone O3's with her distant directs like the australian prime minister!
I guess ceo's should have weekly O3's with the chairman of the board. That could probably help put things in perspective. Everybody needs some feedback and advice.
