I have an interview coming up to be an assistant controller for a company. I have been in accounting for 15+ years but have never done something this important. I am a little nervous but I am sure I can do the job once I get in there. I just need to WOW them. This company is one of several companies under one big company and the person that will be interviewing me is from the big company that owns the little one I will be working for. It seems all the questions I have found to ask in an interview pertain to the company or position you are interviewing for, but since she is not going to be onsite training me or anything I am finding this difficult.
Please help.
Thanks

Ask about the role in specific
The interview series answers this and other questions and it worth the cost. Sometimes it's included for free with a premium membership which may currently be the case.
The abbreviated answer is that you should focus on the role and what skills / expertise / knowledge / relationship are needed to excell in it. Hopefully this will help you determine if the position is a good fit for you.
Hope that helps and good luck. - Sam
