Forum Linitations?

Good morning,

Are some of the older discussions unavailable on the forums?

I was doing some research on the question of when it's appropriate to try and connect with people on Linkedin during the interview process.

I used the search tool and searched for "Linkedin".  I saw a promising search result of a discussion between kklogic and hmac.  When I clicked on the link it took me to a general list and not the specific discussion.  Am I missing something?
