Hello. I just started a new position at a new company. I will be taking on a small team of direct reports and would like to start our manager-employee relationship with One on Ones. I have listened to the podcasts and would like to get started right away, but I can't see to locate any of the documents that are referred to in the podcasts.
Can someone please direct me to the One on One form as a starting point?
Also, if anyone has any advice as to how to begin these considering I am not only new to management, but also new to this company, it would be great!
