How do you show accomplishments for a recent promotion, when you obviously haven't had time for many?
I received a promotion in October and am updating my resume for a recruiter. There is a change in job title, but it is essentially the same job I've been doing for the last two years (just more pay and presumably greater accountability). I have been at the same company the last 7 years (my entire working career), and this is my 4th position there. I've split the positions out on my resume to show a progression in responsibility, but am a little worried that I don't have anything to put under the latest job.

New Section with New Title and Responsibilities

The MT advice, in the past, has been to include a separate section (as you would for a new job at a new employer) using the same company, new title, new responsibilities, accomplishments etc.--in other words what you are doing.
Congratulations on the promotion! You must be doing great work!
In your career management document just start documenting the newly completed projects. You will have "bullet-able" accomplishments in no time.

The end result looks pretty good. I don't have any accomplishment bullets under the new job, but it doesn't look too awkward having only the responsibilities.
