Hey all, I am a big fan of GTD and always found it hard to keep doing my weekly review (no surprise there :)). So my team has agreed to do the weekly review together after our team meeting. This has been a massive success as many opportunities for collaboration and informal communication. Many new next actions are taken care of straight away! This is fast turning into one of the most effective ½ hour slots each week !

Good Idea - Love GTD
Hi PBeaney,
I like your idea and am planning to implement a similar process with my team as I find we often get bogged down with too much of a concept rather than specific Next Actions.
I try to do the Who will Do What by When during our weekly meeting as well as more directly in One on Ones. However, it occurs to me sometimes that the What is more of a project and that the Next Action is not always clearly defined. Remembering that under GTD a project is anything that requires more than one task, a lot of our Whats are projects.
There is a podcast called Best Practices of Processing where the IT guy there mentions doing that very activity with his team.
David Allens\'s web site has a podcast which I found interesting and helpful as I continue to follow GTD principles. Here is the link:
