Hello,

I have just started listing to the basic series and thank you very much for this tool.

Anumber of the casts refer to slide shows to help with letting staff know what we are doing and why.  I think there is one on One on One's and one on Feedback.

Do we have to be a premium member to get access to these?  If not can someone let me know where to find them.  I have found the email etc for one on one's.

Yes, access to the shownotes (detailed scripts) and slides is achieved by becoming a premium content subscriber.  It's 15 USD per month for access to all the shows for the past 4 years.  Hope you'll join the ranks!
