An apology to Mark, the MT team and the forum readers

I would like to apologize to Mark, the MT team and the forum readers for my comment and negative contribution to a previous thread.

When I recognized I had an issue with one of the comments, the correct action should have been to take it offline and discuss it with the poster.  The incorrect action was me making a snarky comment that did not help the situation.  Regrettably, I did not recognize my error or my opportunity fast enough and I made the wrong choice.  I endeavour to do better.  Again, my apologies.

PS: I have no specific idea what *RNTT is apologizing for  as I do not recall the thread in detail. AND, it doesn't matter to me, I think what *RNTT did takes some guts from the perspective that not that many people do it. Once you do it though, it gets easier and easier, just like feedback! Amazing! Big Up Manager-Tools!!!
