When I try to access premium content I get redirected to the "you need to subscribe" page. However I am a premium subscriber, am logged on and can see the subscription in my profile. What am I doing wrong?

As System Administrator, I was able to "mirror" your login and logged into the MT site. I was able to see Manager Tools Premium content per your subscription. Is it possible you were trying to access Career Tools Premium Content (our new podcast/content series we released in mid December?). If so, at this time, your account does not have that level of visibility for the Premium content, although as with Manager Tools, you can certainly listen to the casts.
If this is not the case and you are still having issues, please email or call me off-line and I will be glad to help you.

Ok, this is one of those "Well, duh..." moments for me. What you describe, Maggie, is exactly the problem. I forgot I was looking at Career Tools and I haven't yet subscribed to that one. Thanks for figuring it out so quickly. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong.
