DRs are construction at different shifts

I am trying to set up O3's with my directs, (13). We are an asbestos abatement company. As such, the hours of the projects are usually overnight and my shift is daytime. I want to schedule these but I'm afraid they are going to have to be set individually up each week. As far as meeting place, I'll have to visit each job site to have O3 with each employee, each week. My direct reports do not come into the office. Am I not seeing a different option? This is all new to me. I found M-T only four months ago. Thanks.

Phone calls are perfectly acceptable for O3's. Many of us do that for team members who live in different countries.

I get it. Thanks for clearing up my fogginess. It's the communication that is most important, not the forum or rigidity of schedule.
