Although I might be wrong about the terminology - is it "offer" or "acceptance" or "invitation"? What is it that they do, that you want them to do (e.g., a hiring manager makes an offer)? Other than that, all the mechanics seem to apply: tell 'em you want it, tell 'em why you're such a good fit. Rehearse, rehearse, rehearse.
