Access Denied Prompt on the Interviewing Series page

Mike and Mark, I recently purchased the annual Career Tools membership and was thrilled to have another chance at getting the interview series. However when I go to the interview series page, it gives me an access denied prompt. I am logged into the site and I checked my account page and the series is listed under my account record. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I am anxious to start hearing the interview series. Regards, David Perez

Hi Mike,
I am having the same problem as David. Any help appreciated. As this is my first post, I would like to add my voice to many others in thanking you and Mark for sharing your knowledge with the world.

To put it the Manager Tools way; When you guys put out great content like this, it really helps a lot of managers do their jobs better, and DOES make the world a better place. Keep it up!
