Premium content access

I've been signed up for Premium content for the last few months but, while I'm able to acces the "Members-only" podcasts, I'm unable to get access to the Premium Content documents. Am I missing something ?

Did you ever get access to the premium content?  I am having the same difficulty.

Brian,
I apologize; there was an issue earlier affecting a few folks ... you shouldn't be having the issue now. 
Would you please confirm whether you're still having the issue now?
