I finished reading "First, Break all the Rules" by Buckingham & Coffman upon the MT recommendation. They outline four keys to management, one being Defining the Right Outcomes. :?: Does anyone have any guidance toward this end (Defining the Right Outcomes). It would be great to have a tool for this exercise.

Your question is a little vague. Do we have guidance in defining the right outcomes? Sure, but its theoretical and anti-MT in its nature. We tend to have fewer hypothetical discussions and are oriented toward concrete actionable items. Its difficult to be actionable without a situation.

Do you have a specific situation that you'd like to look at?
