I absolutely recommend that every MT manager watch Office Space. They should require it in MBA classes.

The larger the company you work for, the funnier Office Space is.

It's a brilliant satire of large companies, especially ones that are being re-engineered.

The neat thing about that movie is that it works on so many (corporate) levels. The VP got a completely different message than the individual contributor. Both loved it, despite different insights.
