Reminds me of a Dilbert from about 10 years ago. The pointy-haired boss had just returned from a ropes course. "Teambuilding exercise?" asked Dilbert. "More like headcount reduction" replied the boss....

Whilst there are professions where Waterboarding and related activities can be part of the training I'd question its efficacy as a team building tool. Makes the 'Trust Fall' seem quite sensible in comparison.

We did white water rafting two years back. Result - seeing my family grow up is more important than any job. Good for perspective. :P
