Would it not be beneficial to have all of the members on this forum connected via LinkedIn (at least those that use LinkedIn)? I am realizing more and more that LinkedIn is great for keeping up those connections that can sometimes be forgotten. Any takers?

LinkedIn group membership is more appropriate than direct connections. I reserve connections to those people with whom I have one-to-one contact via other means.
