I sent my annual performance reviews to HR last week.
Because of the efforts of Mark, Mike and those who post on this forum, I received some great feedback from our HR department on my appraisals. The HR person said the appraisals were "a pleasure to read" and "concise and well organized." The HR person also thanked me for being the first person to submit my appraisals.
THANK YOU to Mark, Mike and everyone who participates in this forum! Rocky could not have beaten Apollo Creed without the help of Mickey.

Feedback from my first review turned in started with: I was very impressed by this review.
My boss then turned around and told my peers to talk to me if they needed help with wording for theirs!
