Has anyone read this book by Gerald M. Czarnecki? It got good reviews on Amazon. Any thoughts from the MT Community?

I purchased the audiobook when I first got promoted into management. It is aimed at the new CEO. It had some general principles that were good to think about as a new line manager, but I'm not sure it was really worth the money to me. Can you borrow it from your local library instead?

True, it is focused on the new CEO. However, the ideas are incredibly useful for anyone taking a new leadership role. I used it to great success in my two previous job changes, neither of which were being a CEO. If you are moving up or in to a new, more significant role, then I highly recommend this book.

Thanks Terri & Patrick.

I live in a very small town, and have a tough time getting books through inter-library loan (They never could fine Watkin's "First 90 Days"). But I might try that.
