........ particularly Fire Service? I picked up MT through itunes a couple of weeks ago, I'm working my way through the archives, just completed the DISC profile (7522) a bit concerning as I'm currently the pink and fluffy face of HR :lol: Love the work guys, good management and leadership is key in any sector, for profit or not.
