What is the Members-Only RSS Feed?

Registered members of Manager Tools get access to a special RSS feed. What makes this feed special?

  • Available to members only
  • Contains ALL the weekly podcasts -- yes, ALL the weekly podcasts in one single feed. No more going to the website to download the archived podcasts.
  • All the special member-only monthly podcasts are in the SAME feed. One feed, with everything you need!

I can't seem to get the Zune to work with the members only feed...any hints?

The link you sent me to was a post I made. The Zune 1-Click works fine for the normal podcast feed, but the members-only, password protected feed does not seem to work with the Zune. The Zune podcast functionality is brand new, so password protected feeds are probably not supported at this time. If anyone has any additional information, I would appreciate it.

I just verified with a member of the Zune team that the current Zune software on Windows does not current support password protected RSS feeds. They are working on a new version but it is not available yet.

I will keep a close eye on this topic and if any new news comes my way I will post it here.

As I expected...podcast management is new to the Zune so they aren't quite there yet. Thanks Steve for the information and I will continue to watch this topic for any updates.
