Hi from Chennai, India. I am a middle manager with 14 direct reports. Started as techie some 15 years back. Been a listener for more than 6 months. Started implementing one on ones and its bearing fruit. On retrospect, I find that I have sub-consciously implemented some of the lessons from your podcasts :). Looking forward to learn more.. Would you please send me a pronounciation of Chennai? I have heard it several ways, and never definitively.
