Our Co-Founder, Mark Horstman, is a management consultant and executive coach with over 30 years of experience who has trained over 50,000 people in his career. Mark is the author of our Manager Tools and Executive Tools podcasts. He has also authored The Effective Manager and The Effective Hiring Manager books. Mark is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. Following his service, he worked in Sales and Marketing at Procter and Gamble prior to moving into recruitment followed by management consulting.
