I think it is pretty easy to estimate... run back your calendar for the last 3 months and average out your meeting time per week. If you are junior, expect that to increase over time. If you are already senior, it probably won't get much more unless you become CEO of BP or some other huge entity. Then go on one of the expected lifetime websites and figure out how much time you have and Bob's your uncle.
