Dear sirs
The latest podcast of yours (the one about voicmail) was cut off after about 6 minutes. Do you know how I can download it again in its entire length?

For iTunes: Delete the current podcast and move the file to the trash. Then hold the Alt key and expand the podcast using the triangle arrow next to the podcast name. This will cause the deleted episode to be created again at which point you can download it fresh.
If it isn't iTunes, I don't know - generally, delete and download again.
