standing calendar items

I've decided to take control of my calendar and not just use it as a reminder of the meeting I need to attend.  It there a list of helpful suggestions somewhere of the weekly/ monthly / 1/4ly items I should schedule on there?  So fr all I have is the standing meetings (staff mtg, O3's), 1/4 performance reviews and a 1/4 reminder to update my career doc.  I';m thinking there must be more.

I knew there must be a list somewhere.  This is just the thing I was looking for.
