Quick question for the group:
I have rolled out the manager tools trinity to my group of 5 directs based on the appropriate timelines. I have a new employee that will be starting in two weeks; would it be appropriate to explain the entire model to her and give her positive and adjusting feedback within two or three weeks, or is it appropriate to do the normal "drawn out schedule" that I've done with the rest of the team?
Thank you in advance!

Start over
The pace of the roll out is for you and them. Feedback requires a relationship and that gets built using O3s. Keep it up with everyone else but, for best results, start from scratch with the new direct. Good luck - Sam
There's a cast for new hires

Set up the O3. As Sam Beroz says, wait on the feedback. Basically, use the same schedule as you would for rolling out the trinity:

And good luck!
