Does anyone have any recommendations for good tools to test and assess candidates' skills and personalities? Does Manager Tools have any recommendations? Or is this a bad idea?
We have a fairly good hiring process, but we're looking to augment it with additional data. Ideally we would use it to filter out some candidates before we spend a lot of time interviewing them, but if that's ineffective we might also do it to get extra data at the end of the process?
