Question about documents mentioned in podcasts

 Hey everyone,

I'm fairly new to the site, MT and the whole process.  Let me begin by saying, "I LOVE IT!!!".  My management style, communication, productivity and general well being has improved greatly since finding the site.

In some of the "Basics" podcasts, Mike and Mark mention a few documents that I can't find.  The Coaching Model, Feedback Script and Delegation information to be specific.  Are the things found only in the premium content or am I missing them?

When I started listening, I was also a bit confused, as the website has obviously changed since 05(?)  when the first casts came out.
Luckily, the most sought after documents can be found under tools, then downloadable forms.

I've been to that page and have found some of the things I was looking for.  
The ones I'm particular searching out are  "The Coaching Model, Feedback Script and Delegation information".
