Presenting data on team communication

Hello,

I'm working on a communication project measuring the strength of collaboration between eight teams. Currently, I’m conducting a survey where participants are asked to rate (1-4 scale) how well the groups are working with one another.

The data is starting to come in but I am struggling with the right way of presenting the findings – Anyone have experience doing this or an idea on how I could do it?

Thanks!

Are you seeing any early trends that may continue to bear fruit with the others?

What type of information are you getting with what you have so far?

Can you make correlations along demographics yet?

Look at job types, age, work settings. Each of these may help with groupings and distinctions later. Without seeing the data, or understanding what information you have, I am not sure I can give you much more to break it down.

Use charts and graphs to show your findings but make them beneficial and easy to understand. Stay away from trying to throw everything in one graphic.
