Podcast on talking about aftermath of layoffs with team?

I could have sworn there was a cast on this several years ago....  I will be involved explaining the recent layoffs to my team Monday morning.  

I found the cast on how to lay people off and I found the two-part cast on how to immunize oneself against layoffs.....but I want to say that Mike and Mark did a cast on talking to one's directs/team after the layoffs have occurred.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
