All,

I am in my new job, training in a different city than the job will be. The training has been what i'm used to: cubicle, phone, and computer.

The new office will be an open office layout. I'm trying to keep an open mind about it, but i'm afraid that my high C and my super INTJ just won't be able to keep up.

Any suggestions? Experiences? Positive stories?

As a high C you often want details and an open office environment may allow you to hear/see things that you wouldn't normally get in an office or cubicle setting. While it will take some adjusting potentially (noise, lack of privacy, etc) allow yourself to see the potential positives. Fear seems to be an associated emotion of a high C (implications of decisions being made, etc)

I finally grabbed my DISC from graduate school, MBA Lipscomb University 2010
5-2-4-9
A nine for cautious thinker is crazy! My Myers-Brigg introvert score has always been in the low 20's, with perfect being 25.
