I am working in offshore-onsite :twisted: with large US firm and one of biggest offshoring company.
My manager is ready to give "responsibility" of managing a large support team in US, Europe, China and India. I do not want to go there as it will take my life out due timezone difference. If I say same things then My manager says that I am running away from challenge which can cost my job.
Managers, what to do ?
I am also a manager at current position but for small team of 12 (US and India). Thanks
