Anyone here ever been involved in that field?
I mean, it can't be a scam in the traditional sense - they're not asking for money. But I got a job offer from a franchise local to me, and it does all sound very... too good to be true, and as if they aren't letting on what a slog it is, and how much of your soul it can really kill.
Maybe I'm just assuming too much, but it feels very cheap and dirty to me.
In my opinion, in most cases, yes (although likely legal)

Ha ha. That puts it so much more clearly. I did some digging around online for the company itself, and a lot of red flags came up. Was wondering if it's me being overly cautious, or if it really is as bad as it sounds.
