Any special thoughts/resorces around handling the challenge of managing hourly folks who work a days then afternoon then midnights schedule? I'm thinking of starting with O3s twice per month (when they are on days and afternoon shift). Thanks for the advice.

Implementing O3's to a Co-Managed Team
I will shortly be facing a similar work challenge, but wish to add another variable into the equation. My new team will consist of 10 direct reports, but will be managed by 2 first line managers (of which I will be one) again working a 7 day roster. My peer manager has no previous experience of O3's, yet I will be looking to introduce both him, and my new team to the concept of O3's.
