Hello everyone; I am in a position where there are no job descriptions and to make things worse the people who work for me have no job descriptions. As such I am going to create job descriptions based on what I understand their (and my) tasks to be. Does anyone have experience with creating job descriptions? Is there any set way to look at creating them? Any special format to type it in? Any suggestions in this regard would be highly appreciated.
