I was flipping through a stack of resumes yesterday when I stumbled upon this gem of and acrostic inside a coverl-etter: __________________ My qualifications resemble a GMC Truck Great leader Motivated Charismatic Trustworty Responsible Understanding Commited Kind _________________ ON A COVER LETTER!!!! I just about fell out of my chair laughing. ANT

Wow - as a former driver of a GMC truck, I am unimpressed on multiple levels.

I needed this post. I was reading it thinking, at first, holy moly, here I go again, having to say that 'just to be clear this is really really dumb'...when I see the post as it is intended.

To be fair, I had a GMC truck run 225,000+ miles before having to give it up for my growing family. Still ran great!

Not that that has anything to do with this awful cover-letter. :)
