Journals with Levenger-style paper?

I LOVE the Levenger notepads with the annotation margin. Problem is, I prefer to take notes with bound journals. I've tried using portfolios with the Levenger paper but in the end I always revery back to a bound journal. Is anyone aware of a journal that uses sheets with annotation margins like the Levenger paper?
