I enjoyed the Hip Pocket Presentation podcast.
Now I am looking for ideas for one.
What are some good examples ?
Most of my expertise is very specific to job functions --- "How I do it" or "How we did it " using a specific program or tool.
Looking to start some good discussion.
Thanks

Much Manager Tools and adjacent content
Still working out how to do this well; credit Mike, Mark et al without stepping on their high-quality trainings.
I have mostly hip-pocket content, of varying lengths from 5 minutes to an hour, aimed at individual contributors and managers without regard to specific organizations. (Thank you Toastmasters!) DISC; manager and peer feedback; Drucker's eight questions from The Effective Executive; leadership roles within small organizations such as non-profits; transition into management as a profession; models of communication; functional aspects of businesses; organizing presentations, especially on short notice; short riffs and Q&As on topics in MT/CT podcasts across the decades.
Not sure yet how much Executive Tools concepts is too much to share, especially with those not executive or entrepreneurial. Everyone can benefit from the explanations promoted by the diagram showing the organization as an upright triangle with the executive "team one" in the much smaller triangle forming its apex. (This introduced in the Team One podcast, and not talked about elsewhere yet, I think.)
