I serve on several (or many) non-profit organizations in leadership capacities, such as board chair, committee chair etc. Does the feedback model work with volunteer members on those boards/committees? Would it need to be modified? The most recent cast on the arrogant producer prompted my question as often time the behavior I have the most difficult with is the arrogant volunteer. And yes, they are often the highest producer.

Control or Influence
The standard feedback model requires a component of control over your direct's addiction to food, clothing and shelter that comes from being their manager and wearing that big red sign on your forehead that says, "I Can Fire You.".
For fellow board members or for volunteers that you have influence over, but not direct control, you should use the Peer Feedback model.
