I am referencing the feedback model in the end notes of deliverable I am writing for a client. How would you like me to put Mike, Mark and the Manager Tools feedback model in APA format?

Depending on where you go to school, they should have a resource for creating APA formatted references. If you don't, email me at smacquarrie98058@msn.com and I will do it for you. Just send me the info you want ti capture.

Thanks for the offer. I finished my Masters 19 years ago, so it's not for school. If I reference a technique in a deliverable to a client I include endnotes, like in academic papers, to provide them with a source for additional information. I was asking if Mark and Mike had a written reference they wanted me to use instead of just a link to the feedback podcast.

my way
I would reference that podcast, which is the origin of things:
http://www.manager-tools.com/2005/07/giving-effective-feedback
Then I usually use a generator (much easier) such as http://www.citethisforme.com for Harvard style. I like the Vancouver reference style better though so I made it myself:
Horstman M., Auzenne M. Giving Effective Feedback. 2010 [cited 2012 Feb 29]. Available from: Manager Tools LLC., Web site: http://www.manager-tools.com/2005/07/giving-effective-feedback
But then, I think you are right to ask the authors directly as they will have their preferred method as well.
