We use the Insight model at work and it looks almost identical to DISC - I think they draw from the same source material. If you rotate the model 90 degrees and assume:
D=Red
i=Yellow
S=Green
C=Blue
With a wealth of insight results for my team I've used the DISC podcasts to help translate them. Thought I'd pass on this for comment in case anyone else has experience of this model as well.
