Recently, my department was restructured to bring in an Executive Director. It was suggested that my title change to Associate Director. It appears I have the opportunity to weigh in on that change, and I wonder if the title change is regressive (and I should campaign to retain Director), or if it makes sense to have an Associate Director under an Executive Director.
Thoughts?
