Cannot get user name and password to work

My user name and password stopped working -- it worked yesterday but not today. 

Despite requesting a new password, I cannot log into the premium content.  I have had a lot of problems with this site and hope to solve them soon so I do not have to cancel my premium membership.  Any assistance appreciated.  Thanks much.
